Worked with AmLaw 50 firm to ideate and develop experience management system tied to firm financials and client/matter numbers, working with IT team to build customized fields and enable sorting by firm, industry, deal size, attorneys, and hours worked.
Worked on a team at Big 4 firm to contribute to a “Step by Step” guide to Winning New Business. The guide, available on the firm’s intranet, offered resources throughout each stage of the process (Orals, Feedback, etc.) I also helped in creating and presenting partner training programs to improve win rates and shift selling behaviors.
Worked to revise AmLaw 200 firm’s “Go-To-Market" (GTM) strategy, culling website from 64 practice pages to 12 industries and 13 practices. Enacted change management process using data (Google Analytics) and assisted Managing Partner to identify leadership and build business plans.
Worked with AmLaw 200 firm to ideate and develop a simple and cost-effective "no code" experience management system, enabling the firm to slice and dice over 1,500 matters across the firm by practice, issue, industry, lawyer, deal size, and more.
Worked with AmLaw 200 firm in building firm's first formal business development program to help increase pilot attorney revenue by over 20% on average, while also personally bringing in new business and creating referral relationships.
Worked with AmLaw 200 firm to Implement content and SEO strategy to increase reach 20% YoY, and improved SEO and analytics in digital and social media space (17% on LinkedIn, 15% on Twitter and improved AHREFs rank of 30%).
Worked with AmLaw 200 firm on data collection and CRM-related plan to improve reach and clean up systems. The solution decreased bounceback rates by 30%, improved open rates by 12%, and gained insight into client behavior and lifecycles.
